What is the PetListing Promise?
From the beginning, our company has had one mission: to connect pet lovers together. The PetListing Promise is our pledge to make things right if you are not happy with your purchase results, or in the rare case something goes wrong while a booking is taking place. This Promise has been established because we believe in the safety of your pets, your business growth, and forming lasting relationships within in our community.
The PetListing Promise is our refund and reimbursement policy. In certain cases, we will refund members of our community if they are not satisfied with their listing purchase, or reimburse members for costs that may arise from damages or injuries that took place during a booked PetListing service. Here at PetListing, we want you to be completely confident and happy with your listing purchase. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied and would like a refund on your order, we’re here to help.
All return requests must be made within seven (7) days of your purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Due to our service of intangible goods, return requests will not be granted due to arbitrary or capricious reasons.
After receiving your return request and confirming its’ validity, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the original e-receipt of your purchase to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
